Behavioral Assessment

Behavioral assessments are used to understand the make-up of an individual that originates from their heritage. Some of these tendencies are entrenched and others less so. These assessment are important on many levels – an employee’s self knowledge, self acceptance, a beginning point for change, and as a means of contrasting with other personality styles that will be more effective for them.
