High Performance Work Teams
Most executives have good intuition when an organization under their direction is functioning well or not. The challenge is that organizations are living, dynamic entities with a complex interplay among many factors. Frequently what is sited, as the cause is only a symptom of the complex dynamics.

A service we provide is a structured organizational assessment to enable the executive to get beyond the symptoms and identify the causes.

Four primary areas and 16 secondary areas are assessed

  • Goals – Clarity, Commitment, Leadership
  • Roles – Clarity, Commitment, Competency
  • Norms – Behaviors, Processes, Problem Solving, Decision Making
  • Behaviors – Understanding Self & Others, Trust, Openness, Mutual Support
