Integration of Assessment, Coaching & Prescriptive Development
A genuine strength of our approach is to use the information from assessment to produce critical conversations on issues impacting the persons performance. The coaching process will lead to a very prescriptive development plan. By a “prescriptive development plan” I mean that the during the coaching process we will identify one or two issues that will make a critical difference in performance. The real skill is to use assessment data in coaching sessions to identify the impediment to great performance.
